Garrison Brewing Company is setting new brewing industry standards by producing premium ales of distinction for the local market. With the inaugural batch of “Irish Red Ale” in 1997, Garrison helped introduce the craft beer movement to Nova Scotians and visitors alike. Today Garrison brews a variety of signature full flavored, all natural, preservative free ales including Raspberry Wheat, Tall Ship Amber, Irish Red Ale, Nut Brown Ale, Martello Stout and Imperial Pale Ale, beer of the year 2007 — Canadian brewing awards, plus a line of specialty ales such as Jalapeno Ale, Moka Ale, Blueberry Wheat, Harvest Wheat Ale and Black Lager. Each of their over 1 million bottles sold represents a tribute to the art of hand-crafting ales with the finest natural ingredients.
